Madonna was reportedly found unresponsive on June 24 and was immediately rushed to the hospital. She was admitted to the ICU and was immediately intubated.
Several of her concerts had to be postponed and there is currently no new date for any of them. Madonna was expected to kick-off an 84-date global tour on July 15 at Rogers Arena in Vancouver.
Her manager, Guy Oseary revealed on Wednesday that her condition has forced her to be put into intensive care: “On Saturday June 24, Madonna developed a serious bacterial infection which led to a several day stay in the ICU. Her health is improving, however she is still under medical care.”
